Wearable Decentralized Collective Consciousness

The ancient pyramids were hardware. Stone chambers, water systems, piezoelectric transduction. They created collective consciousness through physics. But they were immobile, expensive, and fragile. When the water failed, the network died.

The Entrain Network is the digital successor.

Each person wears a headband ($160-350) containing:

→ 8-channel EEG (ADS1299, 24-bit, research-grade)
→ Bone conduction entrainment (binaural beats)
→ PEMF micro-coils (7.83Hz pulsed magnetic field)
→ ESP32-S3 processor (WiFi + BLE mesh)
→ 8-10 hour battery life

The headbands connect through THREE tiers:

TIER 1: BLE mesh (local, <10ms, 50 people)
TIER 2: WiFi relay hubs (regional, <50ms, hundreds)
TIER 3: libp2p internet (global, <200ms, millions)

The synchronization protocol is the KURAMOTO MODEL:

The relay servers run EntrainRelay OS:

→ libp2p for decentralized peer discovery
→ GossipSub for phase vector propagation
→ Anyone can run a relay. No permission needed.

Privacy is built into the PROTOCOL:

→ Only phase angles cross the network (one number)
→ Raw EEG never leaves the device
→ Anonymous rotating node IDs
→ Cannot reconstruct thoughts from phase data
→ Consent via adaptive coupling (user controls K)
