1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the PyramidSolver website (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Service. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and PyramidSolver.

2. Description of Service

PyramidSolver is a research platform that applies mathematical and probabilistic analysis to the study of ancient pyramid structures. The Service provides tools for data analysis, knowledge management, community discussion, and research synthesis. All content is provided for educational and research purposes only.

5. User Content

You retain ownership of content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant PyramidSolver a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content in connection with the Service.

5.2 Responsibility

You are solely responsible for the content you post. We do not endorse or guarantee the accuracy of any user-generated content.

5.3 Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, without prior notice. Repeated violations may result in account suspension or termination.

The Service, including its original content (excluding user-generated content), features, and functionality, is owned by PyramidSolver and is protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

We do not warrant that:

  • The Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
  • Results obtained from the Service will be accurate or reliable
  • Any analysis, data, or research output constitutes professional or academic advice

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL PYRAMIDSOLVER, ITS DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, PARTNERS, AGENTS, SUPPLIERS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES, RESULTING FROM:

  • Your use of or inability to use the Service
  • Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
  • Any errors, mistakes, or inaccuracies of content
  • Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the Service

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PyramidSolver and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the United States.

For users in the European Union, nothing in these Terms affects your rights under mandatory EU consumer protection laws.

11. International Use

The Service is operated from the United States. If you access the Service from another jurisdiction, you are responsible for compliance with local laws. We make no representation that the Service is appropriate or available for use in any particular location.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or via email. Your continued use of the Service after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

13. Termination
