Without the underground architecture, the system has no input, no ground, and no power source. The pyramid above ground is the ANTENNA AND TRANSMITTER. The underground system is the POWER SUPPLY AND GROUND.
This is why the Subterranean Chamber was never "abandoned." This is why the Osiris Shaft descends to the water table. This is why tunnels extend from the shaft toward the pyramid. This is why the Descending Passage is cut with such precision. Every underground element serves the transmitter model.
THE ANALOGY: The Great Pyramid is an iceberg. What we see above ground is the visible portion. The underground infrastructure — the chambers, shafts, tunnels, water table connections — is the hidden bulk that makes the entire system function.
