Full Description

The Dogon people of Mali possessed detailed knowledge of Sirius B: they called it "Po Tolo" (smallest seed), described it as extremely dense, and knew its ~50-year orbital period. Sirius B was not telescopically confirmed until 1862; white dwarf density not understood until the 1920s. Documented by French anthropologists 1931-1952. Debated: ancient Egyptian priestly transmission to West Africa vs. modern contamination vs. independent discovery. In the context of our theory: if the pyramid network was a transmitter pointed at Sirius, and the technology spread along the Nile and across North/West Africa, then knowledge of the TARGET STAR would be preserved in oral tradition alongside the technology itself.
