Full Description

Time & Mind journal (2008): 30 healthy adults exposed to tones at 90-130Hz. At 110Hz SPECIFICALLY: left temporal cortex reduced activity (language center deactivation), prefrontal cortex shifted from left to right dominance (emotional processing), compatible with meditation-like state. Effect NOT seen at other frequencies. The Hal Saflieni Hypogeum (3300-3000 BCE) resonates at 70Hz and 114Hz. The chamber dimensions were DELIBERATELY shaped to create a whole-tone frequency spectrum. This is peer-reviewed evidence that an ancient limestone structure resonates at a frequency proven to alter brain states.
