Babylonians Invent the 360-Degree Circle
Detailed Account
The Babylonians divided the circle into 360 degrees — the basis of our latitude system. This was one of THREE independent human inventions that would later converge at the Great Pyramid: Babylonian degrees + Egyptian/Greek geographic measurement + French meter definition. None of these civilizations knew the speed of light. Yet their independently-created measurement systems place the speed of light at the pyramid's latitude.
