Construction of Bent Pyramid

Dahshur, Egypt (29.7903°N, 31.2094°E)

Detailed Account

Shows a dramatic angle change partway up (54° to 43°). Conventionally explained as a mid-construction design correction to prevent collapse. Alternative view: the angle change was intentional, encoding two different mathematical relationships — the lower section relates to phi, the upper to pi. The Bent Pyramid also has unique internal structures including two separate chamber systems accessed from different sides.
